Lamar Trailers Inc. (“Lamar Trailers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through lamartrailers.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, who we disclose it to, and the choices and rights you have — including rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).
This policy applies to the Site. It does not apply to independent Lamar dealers, who operate their own businesses and maintain their own privacy practices, or to third-party sites we link to.
We collect personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, which include operating the Site, responding to inquiries, security, and analytics. We disclose certain information to third parties, and some of that disclosure may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. We do not sell personal information.
You may opt out of that sharing at any time through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by adjusting your Cookie Settings.
We retain personal information as described in Section 8.
In the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
We do not collect payment or financial account information through the Site. Purchases are made through independent Lamar dealers, who handle their own transactions.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA.
Sources. We collect this information directly from you through forms, email, and phone; automatically from your device as you use the Site; and from our analytics provider.
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. We group them into the following categories, which you can control through Cookie Settings:
Non-essential cookies are off until you enable them. We will only set Statistics and Marketing cookies if you choose to allow them. You may change your choices at any time through Cookie Settings, and a full list of the cookies we set is available in our Cookie Policy.
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
We do not sell personal information. We have not sold personal information in the past twelve months.
We do disclose identifiers and internet activity information to Google in connection with analytics and advertising measurement. Under the CPRA, that disclosure may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to opt out.
To opt out, visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, turn off Marketing cookies in Cookie Settings, or contact us using Section 14.
Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC signals. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. See Section 12.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
You may submit a request by:
We will verify your identity before responding to requests to know, delete, or correct — usually by matching the information in your request against what we already hold. We do not require identity verification to process an opt-out of sale or sharing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, with one 45-day extension if needed.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will ask for written permission signed by you and may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. Use the same methods in Section 10 and tell us which state you reside in.
The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 16, we require your opt-in consent — or your parent or guardian’s consent if you are under 13 — before selling or sharing your personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without affirmative authorization.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us using Section 14 and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
